You always forget that reality tv people are real, even though the clue is in the name. I’m glad she’s doing well now, I actually liked Caroline when she was on the show, she did seem quite vulnerable to me at the time tbf but then I also thought her personality was to just be a bit of an a-hole.

you could tell she was trying to validate herself on the show, the constant comparing and sucking up to the 'alpha' males in the house :( one of my favourite housemates ever glad she is in a better place now  but thinking about it coming out at 19 to enormous boos and constant death threats must have been horrible :(

Just watched her 'funniest moments' video and looking back yeah she definitely wasn't a sane person. I wonder if they always used terms such as 'gold-fish bowl' and 'pressure cooker' to excuse mental unwellness.

She was a bitchy 20 year old who has no doubt grown up. I wish her the best

LaLaLand 25-03-2019 04:59 PM

Glad she's grown up, but there's no doubting she was absolutely vile on the show, "vulnerable", "immature" or not.

thisisdanny 25-03-2019 05:00 PM

I loved her, by far the best in that series imo

I do agree she was vile, but most of her behaviour was fuelled by Conor. That's not to say I don't think she was responsible for her actions (because she clearly was), but he was a very bad influence on her.

Had he not been in the house, I don't think she would've been that bad

x2 not that it's an excuse but she was obviously trying to impress connor to receive some sort of validation from him

however even then whilst she wasn't an angel she wasn't anywhere near the most mean person in BB history

So two people die from Love Island and the past-it dregs from reality TV's past come out in force for their 5 minutes.

There needs to be a severe overhaul in the selection process and aftercare across the board, but no, let's not have every vile housemate blame their foul behaviour on mental illness.

Good farming stock.

Shocked at how mature this article is. Good on her for admitting her faults. Does make a lot of her questionable behaviour make sense

"I know quite a few people who’ve appeared
on shows like this, and they all
have a horrible story to tell."
