How often do you...

Remember your dreams? Every night or can’t you remember the last one you remembered?

I'm lucky enough to remember my dreams quite well.

I tend to always have them ‘broken’ the next day by the mention of something/someone

Every once in a while. Usually when I have a dream I can remember them, not always that vividly though.

Or do people dream every night and just don't remember them all the time? EDIT: Yeah I think I remember that's the case now lol

Sometimes, just think of them at random moments

I don't sleep well and have very vivid- often bad-dreams. The bad feelings I experienced in the dream can remain with me all day, even when I'm beginning to forget the content of the dreams.

Apparently we dream before we get to the deeper stages of sleep, so bad sleepers are more likely to remember their dreams than deeper sleepers. I've been told that dreams are a way for the mind to process the events of the day, our thoughts and our worries, and therefore we all dream each night even if we don't remember doing so.

I remember them always when I'm having a period of anxiety/depression (chronic sufferer) and they're usually to some degree "nightmares" but otherwise only every now and then, rarely.

Every morning without fail. A lady asked me to value her sculpture of lesbians (I said £50 (i may have sadi dollars) and i asked her if she displayed her art at the Wallace Monument in Stirling. Then I helped a lorry that had got stuck on mud and i was thinking, m8te you aint getting this out of here anytime soon but as if was a lady I was trying to reassure her even though I could see the mud at the side of the bank toppling down burying the wheels.

Anything you wanna talk about over on the mental health thread?
