I could make better noises with my prolapsed sinus than some of those songs

Tea

Tony Montana 18-04-2019 07:55 PM

My chav song was great I don’t know why y’all complaining :idc:

Wizard. 18-04-2019 08:00 PM

Let's start off with Chav Classics. First up hoping not to be in the skate off for a THIRD time in a row, it's Tony Montana and his partner Kem Cetinay...

Liam- 18-04-2019 08:01 PM

My chav song is great

Wizard. 18-04-2019 08:01 PM

Tony Montana and Kem Cetiney - Babycakes by 3 Of A Kind

Nick: 6
Underscore: 7
Luke: 7
Morgan: 6
Ant: 7

TOTAL: 33

Nick - A pretty bland song, works well with the theme but can't see making an exciting routine, it's pretty repetitive meaning choreography would be limited.

Ant - The performance was quiet and a tad boring due to the song. Why did I score you relatively high, you ask? Well, those two words describe chavs, but, much like you, they try not to be. So you captured the subtext of chavs, which is something I must credit. You truly proved dancing is a form of art - although you're probably more like 3 abstract blobs of paint on a £5 canvas instead of the Mona Lisa.

Wizard. 18-04-2019 08:02 PM

Alf and Jorgie Porter - Party (How We Do) by Rita Ora

Nick: 7
Underscore: 2
Luke: 6
Morgan: 8
Ant: 8

TOTAL: 31

Nick - Another cute song that fits the theme nicely, it translates well into a routine.

Underscore - damn? this isn't even a chav song lmaooo

Ant - reminds me of year 6 discos. Which are the chavviest things in the world. Such a shame

Morgan - You definitely brought the party to the rink but if you think this is a chav classic then you mugshot as well disappear like Rita Oras second album did for six years.

Luke - I don't know how this is a chav classic but it was a decent performance

Wizard. 18-04-2019 08:03 PM

Danielle and Daniella Westbrook - What’s It Gonna be by H “Two” O ft. Platnum

Nick: 6
Underscore: 5
Luke: 6
Morgan: 5
Ant: 6

TOTAL: 28

Nick - It's original and creative, although I cant see it working as a routine that well, it fits the theme but the bland tempo makes it hard to see being a creative routine.

Ant - Reminds me of something I'd hear in a game of laser tag while the strobe lights trigger a seizure. Sadly, my resulting epileptic fits will have more style and grace than whatever THAT performance was. Also, it felt a bit too 90's and I wanted the naughties ( ; ) ), which is bizarre because this WAS a naughties song. But that's just down to preference. When I think chavs, I think Becky in a pink trackie smoking cigs at 10pm on a summer's Friday night skipping the live Big Brother evictions, where the sky's still light but dusk is slowly but surely approaching with a setting sun and a cooler air mixing with the humidity. Sadly I didn't get that level of nostalgia. It instead reminds me of the dog poo and rat carcass I found on the wall Becky perched herself on

Wizard. 18-04-2019 08:04 PM

Liam and Kerry Katona - STARSTRUKK by 3OH!3 ft. Katy Perry

Nick: 6
Underscore: 4
Luke: 5
Morgan: 9
Ant: 7.5

TOTAL: 31.5

Nick - A little bit chaotic at times, the frantic rhythm and pace makes a rather distorted routine but a nice original choice.

Ant - I was gonna mark you like **** cuz the song's chavvy but then I realised it's meant to be! Right okay gotta dock points because you clearly weren't connecting with the whole chav thing. You looked out of place - OWN the performance

Morgan - I must say I LOVED this and it was a unique choice!

Mitchell 18-04-2019 08:04 PM

My one would’ve been Day N Nite or Black and Gold

Wizard. 18-04-2019 08:05 PM

Black Dagger and Laura Hamilton - Heartbroken by T2 ft. Jodie Aysha

Nick: 7
Underscore: 7
Luke: 7.5
Morgan: 5.5
Ant: 8

TOTAL: 35

Nick - A nice original choice, it fits the theme well but still provides potential for an exciting and fun routine with lots of nice moves and fun choreography.

Ant - It feels like nineteen year old ASBO Anna from Birkenhead was yanked out of her estate alongside her CD player and she broke out a dance in front of my very own dance to her favourite song. It was THAT good!

Day N Nite would have better than the non chav songs such as How we do and Starstruck :skull:

Wizard. 18-04-2019 08:07 PM

Now it is time for our guest performance. The queen of being bluetoothed by everyone's Nokia's in 2006, it's...

Cascada with Everytime We Touch

Nick: 8
Underscore: 8
Luke: 6
Morgan: 6.5
Ant: 7.5

TOTAL: 36

Nick - Everytime We Touch - This song is such a bop, it's underrated and an original choice that lights up the dance floor, such a fun choice.

Underscore - wow an absolute banga! although i'm surprised yo elephant ass didn't fall through the damn ice

Ant - This brought me back to the days all those years ago where I used to wear trackies and smoke fags on White Dee's garden wall. I mean, I still do that, but with a different types fags. Which is ironic, because this performance is about touching, so you'd think it'd less nostalgic and would make more sense for me to yearn for my tomorrows - not my yesterdays. Perhaps I should start living for my todays

I understand Starstrukk tbh

Wizard. 18-04-2019 08:09 PM

Now it is time for some ICONIC performances. They really could not mess this up in our Mama Rhapsody Extravaganza, it is time for performances by Queen and ABBA. First up, they're hot enough to melt the ice, it's Tony Montana and Kem Cetinay...

Cal. 18-04-2019 08:09 PM

Ant chats so much **** with these.

How can What’s It Gonna Be be too 90s when you yourself have acknowledged its a classic 00s song?

Wizard. 18-04-2019 08:10 PM

Tony Montana and Kem Cetiney - Dancing Queen by ABBA

Nick: 8
Underscore: 8
Luke: 6
Morgan: 10
Ant: 10

TOTAL: 42

Nick - Not the most of original choices but its fun and camp which makes an exciting routine that's enjoyable.

Ant - Since ABBA stole TDWT'S "We Built Gwen's Face" and turned it into "Dancing Queen", I've unstanned ABBA. But this performance made me fall in love with them again! Thanks boo

Morgan - TEN! Because you are the dancing queen! Although young and sweet is debateable - and you definitely don't look 17!

Luke - It was a decent performance but you played it too safe, we are nearly at the final so you should be taking risks! being predictable would not help you

Wizard. 18-04-2019 08:11 PM

Alf and Jorgie Porter - The Winner Takes It All by ABBA

Nick: 9
Underscore: 7
Luke: 7
Morgan: 7
Ant: 9

TOTAL: 39

Nick - A great choice, a nice dramatic song that lends itself nicely to a routine on ice. Creative and exciting, well done.

Underscore - woo bop!

Ant - You took my HEART!

Morgan - Although you're getting a bit ahead of yourself, I must admit I found myself bopping along.
