Oh my at that lip sync. Vanjie deserved that win. Sugar's time was up though... imho

Brooklyn's mom :love:... that is the first untucked family moment that really got to me. Brooklyn and I both shed some uncharacteristic tears.

I thought untucked would be more drama filled... but I think the ladies are over the drama edit. Silky was uncharacteristically quiet and toned down.

This was without a doubt the most ridiculous judging in all of drag race, they literally just proved to all the fans that storyline comes before talent
I may be a little biased because I love Shuga but surely no one in their right mind can say she deserved to be in the bottom this episode??

The only justification I’ve seen for her going is “she didn’t have any wins” “she didn’t bring star quality previously” well then what’s the point in having any challenges :joker: it’s meant to be based on this week’s challenge and if it’s close they can save the Queen who has done better or brings more drama

Someone please explain to me why A’Keria wasn’t in the bottom? She wasn’t very good in the magic show and what she wore on the runway wasn’t a kaftan?.. idgi.

I’m still over Silky and Yvie, but Vanjie is dead bottom of my list, she’s genuinely unbearable.

I saw so many people fuming over this result and although Shuga was one of my favourites I think she deserved to go home really. Nina and Brooke did outshine her and I didn't like her runway, the first I loved and I think Gina said it made her think of GOT and I thought so too but each reveal weakened her runway.

Also seen loads of people coming for Silky but she was funny in the magic show and I loved her runway.

imo Yvie or A’Keria deserved B2 with Vanjie but I do understand Shuga being there. Either way Vanjie destroyed the lip sync so...

Shuga being in the bottom even though she was part of the dominant team was a choice, it’s obvious Ru has her favourites this year

Ru definitely made a choice putting shuga in the bottom two... but it was a valid choice.Ru called shuga out in the work room about rising to the talent she was working with... and she really didn't. The title holder for the season can't always be a supporting act. I also think it's valid to have the two people not to have won any challenges lipsync against each other at this stage. And Vanjie clearly won that battle

She may have been the worst of her group, but she definitely wasn’t one of the worst overall imo, it shouldn’t be about track record in my eyes, it should be about how they do in that weeks challenge and she definitely didn’t deserve bottom two

I genuinely don't think Silky was bad in the challenge I don't get why people are coming for her so hard especially when Yvie was absoloutely awful.

Haven't seen the episode yet but I gather this is very much a Thorgy elimination? :( At least she went out on a high. Underrated goddess. Sick of Twitter making fun of her for using over-used drag lingo as if she isn't a ****ing drag queen :oh:

I genuinely had her pegged to be a 2nd or 3rd elimination when the MTQs were revealed, so I'm proud she's done so well :love:

We've got a lot of contenders for Miss Congeniality this year (idk if they're doing a public poll again, I hope not). Mercedes, Shuga, Honey... (and then the fan favourites who weren't in any way congenial but will get "she was robbed!!!" votes like Scarlet and Plastique)

I've sadly had the next elimination spoiled for me :omgno: and it's uh... I... no comment.

Just watched the episode. I understand the outrage. Shuga did a great job in the challenge and had 3 pretty nice looks on the runway. I would've stuck with the 2nd one she had.

The bottom two could've been anyone from the other team really, but I'd have ranked them thusly:

Challenge
1) Silky - obviously her personality carried her but she addressed the audience well, kept it funny, and knew how to play to the camera. The only "good" performer, really.
2) A'Keria - did okay, felt more at ease than the others and wasn't shouting over everyone. Kept interrupting with silly and needless double entendres though.
3) Vanjie - got away with a lot because of her personality, she fluffed a lot of lines and talked over a lot of them too
4) Yvie - she was SO awkward, had no charisma, hid in the background and just felt so rehearsed and rigid and lifeless.

Runway
1) Yvie - loved it, presented well and memorably too with the prayer behind her back
2) Vanjie - one of the better ones, looked pretty great
3) Silky - looked really nice, but the lashes were weird. No complaints about the outfit though.
4) A'Keria - even if it was a "technical caftan" it just looked pretty boring

So I guess it'd have to be A'Keria vs. Vanjie. But Yvie did SO bad at the challenge and I'm surprised it wasn't commented on more. It was cringeworthy.

She delivered one punchline (about Brooke's vajayjay needing a wash too) a little lacklustre, otherwise she was leagues ahead of the losing team.

I was bored of Shuga saying hunnie and girl at the end of every sentence, so :shrug:

Terrible judging, Shuga was overshadowed (she still did well imo) but she was nowhere near as bad as any of the other four, she should have stayed
