What time do you get up and go to bed?
 

I get up at around 9 and go to bed around 10pm.

Up at about 20 past seven..bed 12ish.

I get up at 6am Monday- friday. Weekends I get a lie in....7 on a saturday for a 9am kick off and usually around 7.30 on a sunday.

Bedtime can be anytime from 10pm to 1am....

I need more sleep :laugh:

Usually go to bed around 23:30 and watch a documentary or something on my phone. I get up at about 08:30.

On average I'd say sleep at 1am and get up around 7am.

Bed at. 11 to 11.30

Up at 6.30

7am ....10.30

If I'm working I get up very early, around 5 am. If not Im up at about 9 am.
I go to bed around 10:30 pm.

Bed 12-1 usually and up at 8:30-9.

as of late, bed around 1:30am

rise @ 10:00am

Go to sleep around midnight.
Up at 6 am every morning as long as I sleep for near that 6 hours.

On normal days,

Wake up: 6.15am
Sleep: 10.30pm

On weekends/holidays,

Wake up: 9am
Sleep: 1am

Bed between midnight and 1.30am.
Up anywhere between 6 and 11am.
Can nap through the day as well.:blush:

I get up any time between 11am and 2pm

I got to bed at 2.30am some times later
