What are your favourite types of cheese?
My favourite is camembert (especially baked ), brie is nice too and feta in a salad is really good. Also like cottage cheese, goat's cheese, cream cheese and vegan cheese. Soft ones >>>
Blue cheese is absolutely GROSS :yuk: |
Agree that blue cheese is vile.
I like Philadelphia cheese on jacobs cream crackers. Lush. Also cheddar and cheshire. |
Most of them tbh
But dont like cheese with fruit chunks in Dont mind blue cheese now and then Favourite tend to be medium strength like mature gruyere etc |
I will only eat mild cheese and Mozzarella. I hate the smell of cheese, looking at stuff like Stilton and Red Leicester just makes me gag :yuk:

I'm not a fan of blue cheese and cottage cheese, but I love all other cheese. The finest things in the world are fondue and raclettes. I'm having cheese on toast for lunch, I've just decided.
|
Cheddar
but here in my country some of our cheeses i like Maaslander, Gouda but then young cheese which is nice and soft, while old cheese is like eating a shoe :hehe: very tough and hard la vache qui rit a sort of triangle cream cheese which you also have variety at, the ones for on bread, or the more softer cream cheese for dipping biscuitsticks in |
Cheddar, mozzarella, halloumi, Brie, Red Leicester, Parmesan, gruyere - all incredible!
|
Cottage cheese can die and is not for lasagne!
