Oti Mabuse wont be a judge after BBC change their mind
 

The Sun are saying she was screen tested and deemed the perfect replacement for Darcy but have decided against giving it her to avoid upsetting the other pros

They are also saying that a women will be given the job to keep it a fair equal panel

Good I'm glad. Really love her but she does a fab job on the greatest dancer(prob the only thing I liked about that show to be fair) but I'd much rather see her dancing as a pro. Also it doesn't feel like she has been there long enough to just become a judge. If any current pro deserves that seat it would be Anton Du beke. But if they are wanting a female I think Karen Hardy is the perfect match

I adore Oti, she's my favourite female Strictly professional, but in my opinion she's just not old enough nor experienced enough to be a judge. When Len left, they matched his expertise with Shirley Ballas, probably after making a huge mistake getting rid of Arlene Phillips for non-trained twenty-something Alesha Dixon. They put that right with Darcy, now they need to find someone equal to her experience. I don't care about balancing the judges out with males and females, I'd be happy for Anton du Beke to judge.

That would be great. She's a phenomenal dancer with loads of experience... I'd be really happy with her.

Anton is an arsehole. I hope they don’t reward him by giving him a judging role.

I'm sure she will have a better time dancing then sat next to criag revel Horwood for an entire series!

As much as I love Oti, I’d prefer to see her dance for a series rather than being stifled behind a desk

I hope they do. No one is liked by everyone and he's a fantastic dancer with years of experience.

There are some professional dancers who, when they dance, I struggle to watch their partner who I really should be watching. Oti moves like oil over glass. I also loved Flavia... her Argentine tango is just jaw-dropping.

Everyone sees him as a joke so no one would take him seriously as a judge.

You'll be happy to learn flavia is back for series 3 of strictly tibb dancing :dance:

When you say everyone, you don't mean that. You mean maybe two or three people you know. Not everyone is going to like everyone.

Anton would make a great judge. And he's very likable.

Strictly is the best thing about the nights drawing in. It makes the summer ending kind of bearable LOL...
