So much to choose from this riveting decade so I've had to narrow them down. I know we're all spoilt for choice.

Awww it’s had some brilliant moments as well though.

Not really. I thought the 2000s were a shakey decade but these past 8 years have made Eastenders a dead show.

2014. Who Killed Lucy early phases and the early Carters.

Also wasn't it Charlie who left the baby alone when Ronnie kidnapped him? He was babysitting.

Lucy murder.

Baby swap was gripping. They shouldn’t have cut it short just to please the ofcom brigade! Sam Womack provided some of the best acting I’ve ever seen in my life, nevermind in a soap

Sometimes you can be gripped for all the wrong reasons.

It was extremely well acted. But just poor taste all round.

Even if it wasn't, it was one too many child dramas for Ronnie and thus ruined her character from that point forward.

They do that with most of them. They find a successful thing with them and then become hooked on repeating it until the audience and the actor is sick to the back teeth.

Charlie was looking after the baby cos Kat had to go to hospital because she was bleeding iirc? Not this slander :(

The story in itself was a disaster though.
