Explosion rocks Northern Cyprus munitions depo after blaze
 

So my dad is in Cyprus now (in the same town, or next town on from this), a muntions depo has apparently gone up in flames, knocking out power in the area. Apparently it isn't any sort of attack, just an accident it seems, apparently has been exploding for a while now, and the area is full of emergency services

Wow that must be scary for the people near. Especially if they weren't aware of what was going on. It sounds like an outright gun fight. What is this place?
