What do you call them or prefer to call them .

What do you mean?

...OH or partner, on here...but usually I would refer to him by his name, mostly...

As in how you'd describe the person in your life , as some labels annoy people.

Was thinking of fools & horses when Del Boy always called Raquel his "significant other" and she hated it :joker: .

The only one off that list I'd actually use (but not very often) would be other half, mostly I'd say my husband or just my Gav :p

i would use the term partner. mainly when talking to tradespeople and the like

or "she, ooo mast be obeyed"

ir "er indoors" as our Arfur would say down the Winchester club

I know some people say better half but that's similar to other half.
