I’m fast approaching 62 .. and aiming for 100 minimum .

Not on any medication , jogging times and lung capacity same as they were over 20 years ago - all down to intermittent fasting regime where I fast for 19 hours each day and eat my allowance of around 2500 calories in a five hour window ...


All that said if I ever start to lose my marbles or forgetting people and things I’d rather they put me down

A double length would be okay if I would age slower too but I wouldn't want to live forever

No, the thought of living forever (presuming everyone you loved would be dead around you most likely and you’d have health complications) is horrible I think.

No , it's bad enough now seeing what we do to each other and animals , I don't want to see and hear those things infinitely,100 years is enough.

Well that would be good sheriff , but I'm not sure that would ever happen as we seem to get worse , we probably aren't we just find out more things now, IF the world was a kind and caring place , it maybe good but everyone else would be living forever ,so we would get over populated.:wavey:
