Sam Bailey to represent the UK at Eurovision?
 

She recently followed the Eurovision accounts and former contestants

Uk finishing last place confirmed.

I mean she has a great voice but if they send her with a bland ballad they may aswell not go.

If it's a big memorable ballad she could do well

She would win

She’s announcing something tomorrow, and insider accounts are saying to keep an eye on her.

Has Sam Bailey ever done anything other than a bland ballad or a cover? She can sing but she was so dull.

2016 and 2017 were both great entries, and 2018 was decent too.

The rest were total shite though, including Engelbert.

I haven't watched it for yearssss , UK always do badly.
I remember when Andrew Lloyd Webber begged other countries to vote , that's the only year I remember us getting 5th place or something.

It's always political, doesn't matter what you sing.
You could have the best performance of the night and still get low points :sleep: .

I don't know why we still enter. I don't know why we still contribute so much money either. On Eurovision night we should have a show in the UK celebrating all the amazing music that's come from this country over the years and Eurovision can stick to it's over-produced, thirty-years-out-of-date, bong-bang-a-ding-dong euro-pop. Nein danke.

Having said that.... it's a great night for a party.

just don't take the contest too serious, UK should try sending more upbeat fun songs rather than ballads

we dont do well because the songs are unimaginative and rubbish and sung by kids who dont understand or believe in them
