Not very often. If they want someone out they normally just say things to convince them quitting is the best option. The process is tough enough that eliminating people isn’t really needed.

Yep, they don’t make exceptions for people regardless of their status or ability

I actually think they get tougher on the celebs because they live more pampered lives
