Today I bought a new artificial tree, 2 types of copper and red bauble sets and warm white lights - all on instruction from middle girl LT - i also got a new wreath thing for the outside door and I also bought crackers.

I shall be buying my food from non-woke Aldi and here is the catalog (in store 17th Nov)

What size tree?

I've just listened to Christmas songs with my boy whilst sat in traffic on M60. He has some abomination on his spotify play list of some YouTubers.. It simultaneously made my ears bleed and made me feel old.

Surely its up to personal preference? I don't put christmas music on in the office but if I want it on in my car, I can.

Fairy tail of New York has been banned from radio for unacceptable language...heres Cardi b, rapping about her fanny instead.

Xmas may as well be cancelled

Niamh. 14-11-2022 06:38 AM

I watched my first Christmas movie of the year last night, that new Lindsey Lohan one on Netflix

LeatherTrumpet 14-11-2022 07:30 AM

Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old Whisky would be my top recommendation to buy as a gift for a man this year (who likes whisky)

£40 from Waitrose

https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/..._AC_SX466_.jpg

Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old 700mL Bunnahabhain has been producing an
Islay malt a little different from most since 1881. Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old
malted barley is not as heavily peated as other more well known Islay malts.
The result is a clean, pure and distinctive malt whisky. Bunnahabhain 12
Year Old is an approachable, welcoming entry level whisky. Sherry casks are
used to age the whisky and it is non-chill filtered which adds to the layers of
complexity. The Smoked oak glass bottle has replaced the traditional emerald
green of the 12 year old bottle, with dual labelling conveying an overall
sense of speciality, subtlety, confidence and luxury, reinforcing the premium
quality and heritage of the brand. Add the classy gift pack and you have a
superlative and affordable single malt whisky.

cant go wrong here

I watched krampus last night
