When people are nasty & selfish ,they don't think about the repercussions of their actions . They're consumed with too much hatred, & bitterness.....plus they're usually too thick & delusional to see sense .

I suspect that in his own head he sees himself as cooly bitchy and cynical, with a cutting dry wit and 'call it as I see it' realness.

Which of course is very much at odds with him just being a selfish mean-spirited miserable glutton.

But, he is blissfully aware it seems of how most other decent people see him. His cliche bitchy queen persona and making crude jokes about his arsehole probably serve him quite well down his local bar.
