OMGGG i nearly had a heart attack through excitement! I think this year they've realised the craze over the eye and so they're doing it this way. How AWESOMEEE.. today is going to go soooooooo slow! I cant wait!

I think people are excited because there's been no serious fake eye.

Every year there's a fake which people are convinced is the leaked eye. This year there was no such thing, meaning we have absolutely no idea what to expect!

I had a feeling it would be this week that they revealed it.

At least it wont go too crazy on here seeing at's going to be midnight.

It will be revealed 1 week later than it was last year seeing as the show starts 1 week later than last year. Somebody mentioned "The eye is going to be green with a red line horizontally through the middle. On screen the line will move up and down over the eye throughout the title sequence, momentarily making the eye turn black over the area that the line has passed over".

I have a feeling this time they may have pruned the fan sites to get the public opinion on how they want the eye design. Eatock surely was in touch with the fan sites last year.
