Dont know what they have used it for but it certainly isn't the upkeep and repairs of council houses, probably used for their big glossy Christmas calendars that they send every year that end up in...

Exactly ,we do ok here really ,its not perfect but a lot better than many other countries trouble is some just want everything handed to them on a plate ,it cant happen ,it has to stop somewhere.

Well there are benefits like Universal credits,tax credits gas and electric companies are pretty good with struggling customers and will let them pay by card etc, also very poor people will get full...
