The serving the full length of the sentence aspect is just masking the issue for another year or whatever, it's not solving the problem.

i think the automatic only serving half the sentence aspect...

even someone under surveillance, it is impossible to follow 2000 + people into shops etc and be within striking distance in case they may do something.

They need to be smarter in who they release....
