Remember when she shamed a man on twitter for having a ham and cheese sandwich and a glass of coke in a cafe she was eating at, as though it was any of her business.

Or the time she lectured about how she flies business class and sticks the kids in economy so that they don't get too used to luxury they haven't worked for? When really she just wanted a few hours peace from them but wanted to bleat about how perfect she is whilst the rest of us mere mortals couldn't hope of reaching her standards.
