He absolutely makes it about himself, fair enough if you like him enough to enjoy that but personally I watch (or used to watch BOTS/spin off shows) for BB. I don't dislike him because he's gay or camp, I don't dislike that style of character/presenter at all. I love Graham Norton and Alan Carr for example. I just find Rylan so self obsessed and nauseating, I can't bare to watch him for more than 5 minutes.
I don't get why you think people should respect him just because other people like him?
