Here in Canada there are no Male and Female wards. Wards are created based on the reason you are in. If it's heart health... you will be on a ward with men and woman. I've even seen men and woman in the same room
..... Maybe you all just need to get over the false notion that trans people are just trying to pull a fast one to get into the opposite sexes change rooms and hospital wards for a cheap thrill... and realize people are just people.
