theres a bunch of streaming services, a lot of which are free AND legal
netflix doesn't have a very good catalogue iirc and only has dubs. Id recommend trying subtitles first as most ppl prefer it. some english dubs are good but theres like 15 or so voice actors and after a while you start recognising them and it gets a bit off putting
