Tarantino’s career topping, over-the-top finale can’t be described without spoilers. Despite a trademark misogynist angle that has to be mentioned, it’s an in-your-face stunner that unleashes spectacularly funny mayhem that results in giving the “Once Upon a Time ... in Hollywood” part of the film’s title new meaning.
I'm SO intrigued but I'm going to at least TRY and not see spoilers if any do surface, critics have obeyed the rules thus far.

The movie is split into three acts...

Spoiler:

and is set over just three days, within a period of 6 months in 1969:

Act 1. February 8
Act 2. February 9
Act 3. August 8 (the night of Sharon's murder irl)

Quote:
The stories of Rick, Cliff, and Tate unfold over three days or, as Tarantino says, in three acts: February 8, February 9, and, finally, August 8—the night when Charles Manson (Damon Herriman) dispatched four members of his “Family” to the house next to Rick’s on Cielo Drive in Beverly Hills, where they found Tate, hairdresser Jay Sebring (Emile Hirsch), and three others.
