whenever it gets dark?
maybe I'm missing the point but I thought they were light dependent and were turned on once it became dark? Or am I making that up?
On a similar note, I just find it quite cool when you see street lights turn off or on, but ESPECIALLY off. Like when you've been awake all night and you notice it getting lighter and the street lights turning off in front of your own eyes... very nice
