As most people have said, were it an actual medical emergency, he would have been happy to be treated by anyone, regardless.of race, skin colour etc. Looks like someone who wanted to kick off more than get treated.
My GP is a white Russian, heavily accented, she's like a Bond villian. I took my son recently for the first time in years...she looked at him, gestured him over and said "come". She then looked at the reason I had took him, wrote a prescription and I still had no idea what was wrong with him till.I left and googled what the medication was for
