And just because beef production is less significant in comparison to pollution elsewhere, doesn’t mean that’s something that doesn’t have to change. Every little step towards saving the environment helps - doesn’t matter if it’s one person using refillable cups or a whole university cutting out beef.

They would have been better banning prawns...they have a larger carbon footprint than beef.
