I think home consoles (except for the switch that has got it right) on a whole are gonna end up as a dead franchise, both the new ones are or were rumoured to be >£800 - especially the Xbox and I think people aren’t gonna put up with it anymore especially since you could build a much powerful PC for that money and there’s stuff like Stadia coming along too
