No more than a tenner's worth probs (if that actually), I'm slimming atm so my day is usually -
Breakfast: Weetabix/Bran Flakes with milk and a banana.
"Lunch" at like 4pm: A yoghurt and an apple/orange
Tea: Jacket Potato with veg and either chicken or fish. Sometimes baked beans.
Drinking nothing but water.
NO snacks.
