This has been heard in 3 courts.
2 said he'd been unlawful.

People can twist and turn all they like to try to soften the verdict and defend this indefensible PM.

The judgement, unanimous, was strong and detailed.

It is amazing how because its Johnson and a Con ( aptly titled there) PM.
Excuses are looked for.

No matter which party or PM this was. after this verdict ,
I would be saying they had to resign.

Except for his hard-line admirers, its incredible it can be discounted, he deceieved and acted illegally,( something unlawful is illegal),as to the people, parliament and to the Queen too.

This man, and his advisors cannot and should not be trusted, by people, other MPs and even the Monarch.
Who HE has put in the position of signing something, the law from the highest court in the land has said, she should not have even been told to.

That's a disgrace, from top to bottom.
We have a PM whose word is meaningless, who will abuse the power he's trusted with, ( a breach of trust), and who the supreme court has said has even acted against the law.

Dress it up all you like, those Con hardliners but that's the facts.
Endorsed too by the UKs supreme court.

It was claimed in the referendum, take lawmaking back to the UK.
Stop Europe influencing or dictating to our courts.

This was a totally UK court decision and verdict.

Or does the referendum really have meant have no dictation to our courts and lawmaking, as long as our courts don't come out against the views of those wanting to leave or hard-line Con supported PMs and Con government.
