Yes.
A simple calc of odds is to look at the number on the right hand side as the stake, with the number on the left being the profit. For example, 9/2 means for every £2 you bet, your profit would be £9. So it can be quickly determined that for every £1 you bet on that set of odds, your profit would be £4.50. Kemp being 11/2, your profit with a £2 bet on him at those odds would be £11. For a £1 bet it would only be half of that number(£5.50)
