If an actual sweepstake spot applicant arrives and wants a spot, they'll receive one. Or if one of the place holders arrive and verify their spot, they'll be updated into "sweepstake participant" -status.

Reece hasn't been active for a while so they'll be removed from the list
EspeonBB has not posted for over a year, so i'll remove them from the list.
TomC has not posted in 2 months so they'll be removed from the list.
Nicky91 is very active on the site and participated on the last sweepstakes, so they'll stay on the list.
Daniel-X has been active quite recently, so they'll keep his spot on the list.
Paige22 has been active in the last month so they'll keep their spot on the list.
AGF has been active very recently so they'll keep their spot on the list.
