I have a feeling Island of the Idols will move over time but #26 is a good spot for now. The pre-merge was HOT and it honestly seemed like this could've been an even better David vs. Goliath? But then lmao the merge episode happened and the woman empowerment theme turned into "women get sexually harassed and subsequently taken out for speaking up and having vaginas" and the show somehow progressed from "good and fun" to "frighteningly problematic" to "mind-numbingly boring" which is a remarkable trajectory. The pre-merge will age poorly since we all know what follows it, and while there were some good characters the whole women empowerment theme is a slap across the ****ing face considering we went up with the most generic whitebread BORING F2 ever. I'm really over this season and this show and I think Survivor has broken me
