This is a bit of a non-move though, you already can't use credit cards in shop... and for online, it takes less than 2 minutes to ciphon money from a credit card to digital funds (or bank account) using PayPal.
(You just set up two PayPal accounts, one attached to the credit card and one to your bank account, "gift" money from the CC account to the bank-attached account, then withdraw it to your bank
