I have a system that lets me download them and it works well:

1) Copy the YouTube address to keepvid.com
2) Download the link
3) Change the name to from getvideo to [name].flv
4) Download iSquint and it will change it from .flv to .m4v and it will work in iTunes and QuickTime
5) If you only want the audio, change the .m4v to .m4a.
