Imagine that, in your place of work, there arrives a new lower ranked and much less experienced ‘executive’, newly married to the bosses son.
Uncaring of what the boss or anyone might think, she states that she is going to modernize the firm she has just joined.
She then goes on to ignore the rules of the particular workplace. She makes those in lower positions than herself cry with her demands and attitude.They then leave because they can’t work with her.

She is jealous of your higher position, gained by many many years of hard work, loyalty and scrutiny; she feels she should be on a par with you.
She gets fed up with people bad mouthing her moves, so decides the job isn’t for her after all.
So she writes out her resignation, stating that she expects the firm to still pay part of her salary, retain her company car and all the other perks even though she won’t be working for it anymore.
Off she goes, taking the hapless bosses son with her.
That person sounds just like Meghan.
