The 2022 Commonwealth Games are quickly approaching and fans of the Royal Family are eager to find out which royals could be in attendance at the games.
The Royal Family are lovers of sport, and the Commonwealth Games is one of the highlights of the year on their calendar.
This year's tournament runs from July 28 to August 8 and traditionally, members of the Firm attend a number of events throughout the games.
This year, even more royals are expected to attend than usual because the games are being hosted on home ground in Birmingham, returning to the UK for the first time since the 2014 games in Glasgow.
Here's everything you need to know about which royals will be attending, when they'll make an appearance and whether the Queen is set to go.
Earlier this month the Palace confirmed that the Queen will not be attending any of the events at the Commonwealth Games this year.
The news came after the Monarch had already pulled out from a number of engagements this year due to mobility issues.
In May, she did not attend the State Opening of Parliament and in June she made a last-minute decision to not attend the Service of Thanksgiving for her Platinum Jubilee.
The Palace have previously stated that Her Majesty has been experiencing "episodic mobility problems".
She appeared to be in better health towards the end of last month, when she made an unexpected appearance in Scotland as she travelled to Edinburgh for Holyrood week celebrations.
However, it looks as though she may be experiencing more mobility issues as she sits out of the Commonwealth Games.
Prince Charles, who will be accompanied by his wife Camilla Parker Bowles, will be filling in for the Queen during the Commonwealth Games.
A statement from the Palace confirmed: "The Prince of Wales accompanied by The Duchess of Cornwall will represent The Queen at the Opening Ceremony of the Commonwealth Games."
Prince Charles will give a speech during the opening ceremony and he will also read The Queen’s message for the Commonwealth Games.
As well as Charles and Camilla, several other members of the Royal Family will also be in attendance of various events during the Commonwealth Games.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, The Earl and Countess of Wessex, The Princess Royal and The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester will all be making appearances.
The Earl and Countess of Wessex will both be at the opening ceremony and they'll also be attending a series of fixtures on a number of days throughout the games.
