Anyway
I fail to see what the Spanish government have to do with anything. It happened in Australia out of Spanish Jurisdiction and I don't hear anything about the Australian authorities being bothered.
Luis Rubiales should stand his ground, when he is not being held in the air by a certain female soccer player.
