Big Brother's unluckiest Housemate Makosi has had quite a week. Her secret mission caused her to kick up a fuss everywhere she went, and then no one would give her any cherryade!

We asked her sister Veronica how she thinks Makosi is coping and where her obsession with the fruity fizzy drink comes from.

How do you think Makosi has coped with her secret mission?

I think it was perfect to pick someone like Makosi to do the secret mission because she got it all going, everybody crying!

Is she being herself in the House?

Yes, she's not acting. The whole being loud thing? Oh she's really loud! Because of the mission of course she was acting over the top in some instances, but she'll still display that princess attitude.

What did you think when she said she was applying for BB?

I thought, "What are you talking about? Are you out of your mind?" I was totally against it, but then my sister is the sort of person who if you say you are against something or the president tells her not to do something she'll do it anyway. She doesn't believe she can't do anything.

What was your reaction to her getting on the show?

Because she was so hysterical and happy about it I had no choice but to be happy for her, but I was thinking, "Oh my days! A reality show? Come on!" But I think she's done well for herself. She's always wanted to be on the front page.




Makosi: She thinks she can do anything!Is that her real hair?

She's got the receipt for it! I don't know about real. She's got hair underneath it but the afro thing is sort of her look. She's got lovely strong hair but it doesn't stand, it's more like Vanessa's. She doesn't like the synthetic look; she's more in touch with her inner self!

Who do you think she's getting on with in the House? Can you see her making any lasting friends in there?

Camille? Kemal? I keep calling him Camilla! Kemal and Derek, but Kemal the most because they communicate well, they're from the same generation. Even if they fall out they'll still make up.

Who do you think she doesn't like?

Roberto. He's the sort of person who's also got a strong personality. He effortlessly makes everybody aware that he is there. Italian people are very "I'm over here!"

Why does she love cherryade so much?

It tastes just like a drink she used to like back home [in Zimbabwe]. Most of the fizzy drinks here have too much sugar, so for her other drinks don't taste the same, but that one tastes just the same as at home.

Is she really a virgin?

That was just a wind up! I knew she was going to pull the virgin thing because when Britney Spears did it everyone was out daggering her! She knew if she told half the group she was, they would tell the other people and tell them she was lying and then they'd all be bickering. That was all planned. She was going to pull something she knows people are not going to believe like, "I'm a size eight!"
