1. books
2. a hairdryer
3. my guitar (sorry)
4. stationary - I cannot live without a selection of pens and notepads; I may even take some kind of journal
5. A board game - is scrabble allowed? If not perhaps "Monopoly" or "Escape from Colditz"
6. A secret and very mini PC so that I can still get the gossip from This is Big Brother!
