I've seen the video in question and there is nothing there, as far as I am concerned.
Now, there
is an
edited version floating around which loops the footage to make it
look as if part of Bea's arm motion is repeating in the relevant way. But that is just an outright fake, as should be obvious to anyone who has seen the actual original footage.
