This demonstrates that BB is to a certain extent exercising its duty of care. Few of the housemates have seen what Marcus is doing, which is often the case when people are victims of the sort of treatment that Marcus dishes out. I would question whether BB has fully excercised its responsibilities. In my view Marcus should have been removed after the number of warnings he has had. ZERO TOLERANCE has been a major campaign to try to nip escallating problems in the bud.
Mercfully at last WE the public have the opportunity to do what BB should have done, had it not been driven by commercial considerations.
