I think advance orders includes what the shops have ordered to put on the shelves, but it's still a very large number and shows how confident everyone it with it. Part of me hopes it doesn't sell too massively, because it will be so hard to live up to with future releases, and people will use the inevitable dip in sales as evidence of people being bored, or that his popularity is based on the tv show, blah, blah ... you know the rest.
