I dont see why its any different to accuse a gay man of something than it is accusing a straight man of the same thing. No.
I saw nothing in kirks behavior that would paint him as a rapist. Same as I saw nothing in Gareths behavior to say that either. And I think its a disgusting implication no matter who is being accused.
