Titanic sank on 15th April 1912 so Ireland are remembering her in the weeks run up to that date and obviously to attract tourists to Ireland
Titanic the film is being re-released for the 100th anniversary aswell but over the easter period for obvious reasons.
James Cameron doesnt have to put balloons outside River Islands on high streets all over Ireland for attention lol.
Titanic was buillt in Ireland so Its part of irish heritage and thats why they are there.
