We all had different roles, different grades and some had only been with the company 2 years - a new job role for them at the time and at
23 years of age: one certainly didn't have many years of experience. How do you propose that she managed to secure a position without many years of experience in a 'not so specialised' occupation?
Although, I am hugely complimented by your comments 08Marsh, in that you regard my profession and role as a very specialised one, that's made me smile knowing that you think so highly of my abiliities.
