That's why I say they are not aware of what they are doing.
Obviously there are vicious evil predators who prey on boy and girls. I particularly despise those men who only seem to date girls around the age of 13-15. Those perverts know exactly what they are doing. They do just enough to get away with it and are very dangerous, but for a one off offence one strike is harsh. I need to hear the whole case.
