New series started last night.
Oh how I love this show. I love that there is always a nicely diverse set of contestants. And I like that the show is interspersed with little segments of food history.
I like the little conversations between Paul and Mary about the contest (loads of double entendres
) and I like the presenters, Mel and Sue...I also like watching the baking. It gets really tense at times.
But mainly, I like the screwups *grins*
In last nights round, there wasn't a lot of doubt who was going to go...he'd messed up his sandwich cake, and his showstopper was not very good, but his biggest mistake was when he used salt instead of sugar in the angel food cake...
