The old guy that walks past our house every day and lets his dog **** all the way up the street, he stops at everyone's gates and lets the dog do it's business so walking up the street is like an obstacle course trying to dodge the ****.
He doesn't even live on this street ffs plus there is younger people walk their dogs past and lift anything they do and then put it in the 3 BINS WE HAVE FOR THIS REASON!!
Also wtf is he feeding that little dog.
