Most religions throughout history are based on nothing more than the story of the sun and the stars and how they effect us.
The section on religion in the Zeitgeist film is hated by religious folk as it shows what a farce religion is. Jesus christ is just the newest in a long line of misinterpreted rubbish.
edit: I respect anyone that holds belief in any religion and object to them being singled out for holding that belief at the same time i have my beliefs when it comes to religion and we all have the right to that.
