Zoe is getting booed because the public are mostly Parrots. The 3 video warnings that were about Zoe were wrong, but people parrot the message.
It's the same as Steve shaving his hair off and having a breakdown... it never happened.
Steve shaved his hair to beat Winston in a task, because Steve got the rules wrong. He had to have it shaved off to match the sides.
Most people are just parrots.
